Peanut oil production process
Peanuts in shells need to be shelled with a shelling machine.
Hot pressing: peanuts → cleaning → crushing → cooking → oil pressing (screw press) → crude peanut oil → refining → refined peanut oil → filling/bottling → edible peanut oil sales (the oil cake produced is widely used in the animal feed production industry)
Cold pressing: peanuts → cleaning → conditioning → cold pressing (hydraulic oil press) → oil filtering → crude oil → refining → filling/bottling → cold pressed peanut oil (the oil cake can be crushed to produce high-quality peanut protein powder)
Peanut cleaning
Screening machines, stone removers and magnetic separators are commonly used cleaning machines for peanut pretreatment in oil mills. Peanut oil grading screens are used to remove certain impurities in peanut kernels, such as sand, stone, metal, etc., to improve oil yield and production efficiency and reduce equipment wear rate. Immature, moldy and broken peanuts should also be separated by grading screens for the production of secondary peanut oil or sold separately.
Cooking
Baking temperature is a key factor in producing fragrant peanut oil. If the temperature is too low, the fragrance will be weak, and if it is too high, it will be easy to burn. In most cases, 180℃~200℃ is suitable. To prevent over-ripening, it should be cooled immediately and then put into the toothed roller crusher for crushing.
Crushing (optional)
Peanuts can be pressed in the peanut oil machine as whole seeds. But after crushing and flaking with a roller crusher and a tablet press, the oil yield can be significantly improved. During the crushing process, the red outer skin of the peanut can be separated by a winnowing machine and used as a raw material for medicine and chemicals.
Oil pressing process
This process uses a spiral peanut oil machine. Pressing temperature: 135℃; moisture content 1.5%~2%. After two pressings, the residual oil rate can be reduced to 2%. The crude peanut oil is filtered by a plate and frame filter and then sent to a refiner. The oil cake can be further processed in a solvent extraction workshop to extract residual oil, or sold to a feed processing plant.
Peanut oil refinery
In some cases, the pressed oil needs to be refined to produce high-quality edible oil.
These are our hot selling groundnut oil machines based on mechanical pressing technology. They are characterized by high capacity and low cost. The oil extraction performance of these machines is excellent and there are many improvements including easy operation and wide applicability. The groundnut / peanut oil making machinery offered by us can be widely used to extract oil from various oilseeds and nuts including soybean, sunflower seeds, palm kernels, cotton seeds, mustard seeds, etc.
This machine is suitable for businesses of all sizes
